BackRoads Family Drumstick Dash 🦃, presented by HOKA
Join us on Thursday, October 9th at 6:00pm for the Grand Finale of the HOKA Hat Trick Series - the inaugural BackRoads Family Drumstick Dash!
This Thanksgiving-inspired evening will bring together families, friends, and our running community for a fun and meaningful celebration. 🍂
We’ll kick things off with two kids’ races - a 400m and a 1km - so the whole crowd can cheer on the youngest turkeys before heading out together for our weekly social run. Registration is FREE, and only the kids need to sign up for their runs!
Both kids and adults will finish under the inflatable BackRoads arch, making for the perfect photo op in your Thanksgiving-themed attire. Don’t forget to dress up - HOKA is providing a prize for Best Dressed! 🍁
More than just a run, this event supports the London Food Bank, helping ensure our neighbours in need can enjoy a hearty Thanksgiving meal. Everyone attending is encouraged to bring non-perishable food donations. Closer to race day, we’ll share a list of the most-needed items to maximize our impact. 🥧
And the celebration doesn’t stop at the finish line - HOKA is bringing even more vibes with Thanksgiving-themed snacks in the BackRoads taproom après-run!
Whether you’re running, walking, or simply soaking in the festive atmosphere, the Drumstick Dash is about family, gratitude, and giving back. Register your crew, join us for movement and laughter, and help make this Thanksgiving extra special for our community. 🍽️
We can’t wait to see you at the arch!
