Lace up your shoes, embrace the challenge, and embark on an unforgettable journey through the captivating beauty of Bonshaw Hills. Note: There is a 4.5 hour cutoff to begin your second loop. A total race cut off of 10 hours.

Course Details
The Start/Finish area is the same for all three races.
Everyone will start near the playground area of Strathgartney Provincial Park, using the main trail and some side trails including, Creekside, Rock N Roll, Hemlock Hills, and Goat Trail, you will make your way over the Bonshaw portion of the race. The Fox Den Ten'ers will make a U-turn and head back to Strathgartney, where you will pick up the Beeches trail to finish up!
For Gatekeeper's and Pendulum Runners, you will continue on the Bonshaw side. You will get to hit some fantastic side trails including Hardwood Hills, Spruce Grove, Elliott River Run, and Howells Hollow before eventually making your way up to the parking lot on McKinnon Lane. Here you will turn around and hit Fox's Run, Switchback, Al's Orchard, Canopy, and a section of Prince's Loop before making your way back to Strathgartney. Here you will pick up the Beeches trail to finish up!

Location
The start/finish line will be located at the Strathgartney Provincial Park, near the Meridian 63 cabins.
Aid Stations
There will be 3 fully stocked aid stations on course. Since this year's event is taking part in August we will be adding an additional un-manned, water only, aid station between the 2nd and 3rd aid station.

Drop Bags
Drop bags are only permitted in the 52km event and will have a designated zone at the start/finish area. It will not be manned by organizers or volunteers, so it will be up to the runners to locate their drop bags in the drop bag area and to collect them after the race.
Refunds and Tranfers
We do not offer refunds! We realize things unexpectedly can happen, like life, health issues, training not going to plan.
We do offer transfers! If you can't make it for any reason, you can sell your bib to someone else. There is a transfer button on the left hand side of the registration page.
