Details
Run and walk - will start and finish at the Flowood Nature Park.
The route will run east on the jogging path along Flowood Drive to the entrance of Bella Ridge neighborhood, then back to Flowood Nature Park along the same path.
Timing by SISU Race Timing
Registration fee for 5K runners and walkers includes:
-One T-shirt (for those who register by August 29th deadline)
- One swag bag
Refreshments after the race
Prizes:
-Overall male and female
-Top three male and female runners in each age category
-Top 3 male and female walkers overall
-Runner or walker who collects the most money in pledges
-Award for largest team
Packets/swag bags may be picked up on Friday, September 26th, from 9:00am to 4:00pm at the milk bank office
