Bear Lodge 10K Race Description

Join us for the Bear Lodge 10K, a scenic trail race set against the stunning backdrop of the Bear Lodge Mountains in Sundance, WY. This challenging 10K course takes you through lush forest paths, rolling elevation changes, and breathtaking views—a true test of endurance and a trail runner’s paradise. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or new to the sport, this race promises an unforgettable experience in the heart of nature.

• Time: 9:00 AM

Location:

• Bear Lodge Trail, Sundance, WY
• The race will begin promptly at 9:00 AM, so be sure to arrive early to check in and warm up!

Pricing:

• 10K - $25.00 (BHRC Members receive a $5 discount with their Member ID)
• 10K - 16 and Under: Free entry (swag not included)

Post-Race BBQ:

• After the race, join us for a delicious BBQ to celebrate your accomplishments, connect with fellow runners, and enjoy the great outdoors!

Directions: From Rapid City/Spearfish: I-90 (Westbound) take exit 185 toward WY 116/Sundance, turn right onto US 14 W. Then turn right on to Sundance-Warren Peak Rd. Drive about 2.5 miles up to Reuter Campground. Just past the campground is a large parking lot at the trailhead.
