Join us for a fun morning of running or walking at our location on Harriet Island along the beautiful Mississippi River and the downtown Saint Paul skyline.
Perfect for the entire family - run or walk the 5K, free Kids Run, and post-event celebration with awards ceremony. Certified 5K course (Certification Code MN 18048RR) and a chip-timed event.
Prize money will be presented to the top three men and women overall ($200, $150, $100). 5-year age division awards.
Special award for the best age graded performance.
All race proceeds will go to the Rene and Brian McCoy Cancer Recovery Research Monarch Fund at Hamline University.

Race Info
COURSE INFORMATION: The 5K course is certified. Certification Code MN18048RR. This is a chip timed event. The start and finish lines are located near the pavilion.
There will be one water station located close to the turnaround point around mile 2. We do not allow dogs or pets with the exception of service animals on the 5K course.
PRICING: 5K Early Bird price is $30 + service fee, good until 7/31/25. $35 + service fee from 8/1/25 to 8/16/25 and $40 + service fee on Race Day 8/17/25.
KIDS RUN: The Kids Run will take place near the pavilion at 8:15 am. Kids Run is free but participants must be signed up online, ages 12 and under. Kids Run participants receive a medal.
PACKET PICKUP: Bib and packet pickup including race day registration will take place from 7:15 am until 8:30 am at the pavilion location.
PARKING: A number of parking lots are located on Harriet Island near the pavilion. Plan to arrive a little early, some of the roads close to the pavilion begin closing down approximately 30 minutes before the race start. Ridesharing with family and friends is always fun!
AWARDS: Ceremony at 9:45 am. Prize awards of $200 for the overall first place male and female finisher, $150 for the overall second place male and female finisher, and $100 for the overall third place male and female finisher. Special award for the best age graded performance.
