Rainbow Run 5K
Get ready to dash through the rainbow at the 2025 Twin Cities Pride Rainbow Run 5k & Kid’s Rainbow Dash! Join us for an electric run down Hennepin Avenue and feel the energy as parade spectators cheer you on, or participate virtually from wherever you are!
This year, our theme is ‘Show Your Pride In Every Stride,’ so gather your friends and family and dress as bright and colorful as possible to celebrate and represent your identity in this race for all paces.

8:30 am 5k Pre-Run yoga/stretch lead by Hope Lockett
9am CST 5K start
10:00am CST Kid’s Rainbow Dash start
Routes:
5K: Start at BF Nelson Park, running down the parade route to finish at MCTC
Rainbow Dash: Two blocks on Hennepin from 11th to Spruce
Starting Locations:
5K: BF Nelson Park [434 NE Main St, Minneapolis, MN 55413]
Rainbow Dash: Hennepin Avenue and 11th Avenue
Packet Pick Up
We have partnered with lululemon for our first ever packet pick-up party!
Grab your packet and a mocktail, move to the jams provided by our DJ, and celebrate with each other.
Stay for the special performances by our favorites Queens: Iconica, Toxicc, and Muñeca.

Packet Pick up will be held on June 26th, at 1201 Harmon Place Suite 105 Minneapolis, MN 55403 (Entrance is on 12th st) from 9am to 7pm Parking located in front of entrance.
