The Light Up Your Life Tri-Community Palliative/Hospice Care Society is a group of dedicated and compassionate volunteers from within the Tri-Community area of Stony Plain, Spruce Grove and Parkland County, Alberta Canada. Our caring Directors and Members at Large work to promote awareness of palliative/hospice and continuing care by raising funds to enable the purchase of enhanced equipment and special services in order to assist clients and their families.
