Race Format:
- The 1K route is a separate, family-friendly course designed for all ages.
- The 5.5K route follows a scenic path through Stayner's EcoPark.
- The 11K run consists of two laps of the 5.5K route.

Proceeds & Impact:
Funds raised from the event will directly support Brad’s Place Addiction Treatment of Southern Georgian Bay, helping provide essential services such as individual counseling, therapeutic group sessions, and 24-hour support for those in recovery.

1K Remembrance Run/Walk
The 1K Remembrance Run/Walk is a family-friendly and inclusive sub-event within the Steps for Change: #EndOverdose Run. Designed for participants of all ages and abilities, this short-distance course provides an opportunity for individuals to walk or run in honor of loved ones affected by addiction. Key Features: **Memorial Option:** Participants can wear personalized tribute attire with the names of those they are running or walking for, creating a powerful moment of remembrance and solidarity. **Accessibility:** The 1K route is designed to be fully accessible, welcoming walkers, runners, strollers, and mobility aids. **Community Support:** A supportive and encouraging environment to raise awareness and reduce stigma around addiction and recovery. **Symbolic Finish:** Participants will cross a **tribute finish line**, where they can place messages, photos, or flowers in remembrance of those lost to addiction.
