Mills River Valley 5k and 10K Race and Doggy Dash 1 miler

The Mills River Valley Races 5K, 10K, & 1 Mile Doggy Dash is on for Sept 7, 2025

Unique to these races, are flat courses through the valley with scenic views of the Hendersonville mountains. The course is considered very fast and is USATF certified so you can certify a time with USATF. So get registered and beat your personal records on this course. Bring your running buddy, or furry friend! Whether you're running for pace or walking with your "pack" - you're supporting the Mills River Church School and the Blue Ridge Humane Society.
