Help Monica raise money

Every year, all students and staff at Rosseau Lake College challenge themselves to a 17 km run (or walk or crawl.) In 2021, the Hekkla became a fundraiser in memory of our former Head of School, friend and colleague, Robert Carreau. The RLC Hekkla was one of his favourite events of the year, embodying the spirit of resilience, camaraderie, and personal growth he was so passionate about. Robert was someone that I always looked up to, and I aspire to live my life with as much enthusiasm, joy, and kindness for others that he did. This year, we’ve raised the stakes—students now have the option to tackle an even greater challenge by running a half marathon. It’s an inspiring opportunity to push boundaries, honour Robert’s legacy, and celebrate the vibrant spirit of our school community.
