Hydrothon Surf Sports Clinic

The Hydrothon Surf Sports Clinic is FREE & coming to Cairns Surf Club on Saturday 7th June 2025.

• FREE Clinic There is not cost for the clinic
• FREE MERCHANDISE. Hydrothon Silicon Swim Cap, Trucker Cap and Rashie will be provided
• FREE DINNER. A dinner will be held at the Cairns surf club on the Friday evening beofer the clinic. Participant meals are provided at no cost.
• INSPIRATIONAL MENTORS! Elite Iron athletes will mentor you for the day. Each mentor will deliver age appropriate dry and water-based workshops covering goal setting, training, surf skills and nutrition.
• It’s FUN and inclusive. We cater for all ability levels
• SAFETY COMES FIRST. Cairns SLSC will be providing proficient water safety volunteers and clinic instruction as per SLSA guidelines

Clinic Timeline

Friday 6th June 2025

• Meet the mentors and enjoy a free dinner. Parent and club member are all welcome.

*Non participants will be charged a small fee for dinner and refreshments

Saturday 7th June 2025

• 8:00am Registration
• 8:30am: Welcome
• 9:00am: Clinic Start
• 1pm: Clinic Concludes
