Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if it rains?
The race goes on rain or shine but will be postponed or cancelled, at the discretion of the Baraboo Lions, if there is lightning in the area. In the event the race is cancelled, no refunds will be issued.
Are prizes based on how fast I am?
No! There will be prizes for relatively random participation. In previous years, we’ve given prizes for the first dog to cross the finish line, the first stroller, and the first person wearing a shirt from a previous run!
Where does my registration money go?
100% of ALL monies collected by the Baraboo Lions Foundation goes back to the community and those in need! Our club members pay all club administrative costs out of pocket so that your donations always go to great causes.
