This event is cupless and will require you to bring your own vessel for hydration.

There will be no drink stations for the 4km distance; however, water, R-Line, and bananas will be available at the finish line.
11.5KM
- Approximately 6.5km water & R-Line electrolytes and portaloo.
- Just after 9km water & R-Line electrolytes and portaloo.
21.1KM
- Approximately 6.5km water & R-Line electrolytes and portaloo.
- Just after 9km water & R-Line electrolytes and portaloo.
- 19km water & R-Line electrolytes and portaloo.
All participants will receive RLine, water, a banana, and a finishers medal upon finishing the event.
