My Story…
I'm running a 5K for Palestine — and this is the most important fundraiser I've ever done.
Between all the causes I’ve raised money for over the years — cancer, local hospitals, education — this one is by far the most urgent. Gaza is facing the greatest humanitarian crisis of our time. Families are struggling for food, shelter, and safety.
Yes, I’ll be running a 5K next Sunday. I’ll finish, go home, shower, eat, and carry on with life. But the people in Gaza don’t have that luxury.

Description
I'm participating in Run for Palestine - Toronto to raise funds for an urgent cause close to my heart — the people of Gaza. Last year, together we raised $74,776, and this year, we’re aiming higher with a goal of $80,000. With your help, I know we can get there.
In partnership with Islamic Relief Canada, this year’s campaign supports:
✅ Emergency food and healthcare in Gaza
✅ Sponsorship for orphans in critical need
✅ Essential services like clean water, shelter, and mental health support
