Help Lauryn raise money

I'm taking part in running for Take It In Strides because mental health matters—to me, to our communities, and especially to our first responders. I've faced my own challenges with mental health and learned firsthand how vital early support and accessible resources can be. Having a partner and best friend who is a first responder has shown me just how important it is to recognize the signs and be there—consistently—for those who give so much of themselves. This event is an opportunity for me and my pledges to show support of prevention, awareness, and hope.
