My Story…
My story with endometriosis is a wild one. For over a decade, I lived in pain — unable to stand for more than 5 minutes, constantly dismissed by doctors who told me it was just weight. I begged for a hysterectomy and was told no because ‘I’d change my mind’ about kids. Then, cancer came into my life at age 36 — and believe it or not, it was the best thing that ever happened to me. Cancer led to my radical hysterectomy surgery at 37 that revealed I had stage 4 endometriosis all along. That moment changed everything. I went from a life curled up in pain to walking, hiking, traveling, and living fully. I am walking this Endo Run for all those years I couldn’t walk or stand — and for all the women who still can’t because of this disease. This is for every woman fighting to be seen, heard, and properly cared for. Thank you for supporting this journey and this cause! Gals... there is hope on the other side of this! ✨️
