Our story…
I'm a passionate advocate for endometriosis awareness, shaped by my own journey through years of unexplained pain and frustration. After countless doctor visits and being dismissed too often, I was finally diagnosed and underwent laparoscopic surgery on February 25, 2025. That experience not only brought answers, but lit a fire in me to speak up and support others navigating the same path.
Endometriosis affects 1 in 10 people with a uterus, yet it remains underdiagnosed, misunderstood, and underfunded. Increased research is critical to improving diagnosis times, developing better treatment options, and ultimately finding a cure. That’s why I’m supporting the Endometriosis Network Canada—an organization dedicated to education, support, and advocacy for those impacted.
I would love for my family and friends to get involved—whether by signing up to run, cheering us on during the race, or making a donation to support endometriosis research and advocacy. Every step, every voice, and every dollar makes a difference. Let’s do this together.
