Sprint Triathlon

Calling All Athletes!

Join us for the final of three sprint triathlons at Pau Pau Beach on April 5th at 6:30 AM!

Whether you’re a seasoned triathlete or trying your first race, this event is for YOU! All levels are welcome, and we encourage teams to participate—come challenge yourself and have fun!

Exciting News! Prizes will be awarded to the top three finishers, so push your limits and go for the podium!

If you’re aiming for the Pacific Mini Games in Palau, this is a great opportunity to test yourself. Our third and final qualifier will be held on April 5, and we’re looking to send three female and three male athletes based on top times (age and residency requirements apply).

Not on the island for a qualifier? No problem! You can submit a time from another official sprint triathlon between now and April 15th to be considered.

Don’t miss this chance to race, compete, and possibly represent in Palau—see you at the start line!

Calling All Young Athletes!

Get ready for our third kids’ triathlon at Pau Pau Beach on April 5th! Whether it’s your first race or you’re a seasoned triathlete, this event is all about fun, fitness, and friendly competition!

Every kid who participates will receive a medal!

Location: Pau Pau Beach

Mandatory Race Briefing: 8:00 AM at the first pala pala (Parents must attend and stay for the entire race.)

Race Start: 8:30AM

Gear Requirement: Helmets and shoes are required for the bike and run.

Age Groups & Distances:

14 & Under – 100m swim, 3-loop bike, 2-loop run

10 & Under – 100m swim, 3-loop bike, 2-loop run

6 & Under – 25m swim, 1-loop bike, 1-loop run

The bike and run courses will be contained in the Pau Pau parking area, and all course details will be explained at the race briefing.

Come challenge yourself, have fun, and be a part of an exciting race day!
