My Story…
Hi, it’s Brooke!
On October 5th, I’m walking 1K again with Cooper’s Crew to raise funds for the Cooper Robertson Foundation! This foundation directly supports the Tuberous Sclerosis clinic at SickKids Hospital. Tuberous Sclerosis (TSC) is a rare and complex condition that requires a lot of coordination, and as with most rare diseases, funding is limited for the clinic.
Thanks to all the generous donations received, the TSC clinic has been able to help so many patients and their families navigate this chronic and incurable disease.
I’ve been doing really well and am monitored very closely by the amazing doctors and nurses from all the specialties involved in TSC - neurology, cardiology, nephrology, dermatology, and ophthalmology (phew!)
