Join us for our second annual Pride 5k at Carrier Park.
Race-enthusiasts and meanderers welcome! For those who like a little competition, age category winners will compete in 3 gender categories.
Individuals are encouraged to choose the gender category which best fits them. LGBTQIA2S+ fitness orgs, businesses and groups will vend so that you will know where family works out!
Event to include coffee truck, snacks, water, and Blue Ridge Pride speakers.
This event will benefit our Health Equity and Mental Health programs!
Registration closes on Friday, June 13th at 4pm, don't miss out.

Race Course
Awards
One award for each of the following age categories broken down into 3 gender categories (man, woman, nonbinary/genderqueer):
Under 18, 18-24, 25-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, 61-70, 71+
One award for each of the following, by Team fundraising total:
1st place, 2nd place, 3rd place
All who would like will receive a finisher's medal
This event is rain or shine. In the case of severe weather, Blue Ridge Pride will communicate any cancellations or postponement the night before or morning of via email. If the race cannot begin the morning of June 8th, it will be cancelled.
Blue Ridge Pride has a NO REFUND policy for this event.
Tickets are nontransferable after June 8th, 2025. Should you like to transfer your ticket before June 8th, please email: admin@blueridgepride.org with your name and the replacement individual's name, age, gender category and contact information (phone number and email). The individual will receive whichever shirt size was originally ordered, unless the transfer is made before May 15, 2024.
Registration and Race Schedule
Run begins at 8am, please arrive by 7:30 for check-in.
There is parking at Carrier Park, but you may need to park down by the basketball court and walk over if you are not an early bird.
We encourage packet pick-up the night before at Jus' Running, 523 Merrimon Ave from 4-6pm.
To ensure you can receive a Tshirt in the size you desire, please register by May 3rd. Tshirts may sell out before registration closes.
To ensure assignment of a bib number and correct information for you in our system, please register before June 5th.
