Women of color often feel like they are “the only” in the room. We want to change that.
The annual Take the Lead retreat will provide women and femme of color who work in the running industry with career development programming, community building, and mentorship opportunities that center their experience and identity.
Please note, this retreat is Women and Femme of Color focused, but all are welcome.
Hotel and air travel are not included in the registration fee. All meals from Monday dinner to
Wednesday lunch are included. We are grateful for your support!

If you are a retailer, small business owner, or independent entrepreneur (coach, run crew lead, athlete, etc) select this option for your registration. "Other" means you provide a service, create a product or a solution in the run industry.

Our mission is to create a brave space that centers the experience of women and femme of color to come together to feel supported, validated, and empowered to take action in leading the change they want to see in the running industry. We create a space where women leave feeling empowered to take action through career development, community-building programming, and mentorship and sponsorship opportunities.
