The Essex Region Conservation Bike Tour returns to raise funds to help support trail development of the CASO Greenway Trail! Show your love by joining us on Saturday, September 27, 2025, to ride in support of conservation!
With new road routes designed by 'Share the Road' for maximum rider safety and comfort, the Essex Region Conservation Bike Tour incorporates all the sights of summer, cycling facilities, quite neighbourhood streets and peaceful back roads!
Road cyclists will tour through picturesque county roads along the CWATS route through Colchester, Amherstburg, Essex and Leamington on your way to and from Kingsville!
Greenway riders will meander the safe, beautiful, off-road nature trails along the Chrysler Canada and Cypher Systems Group Greenways. Back by popular demand, all routes will begin and end at the lakeside Mettawas Park in Kingsville, and will include a delicious locally sourced lunch.

Suggested Minimum Donation: Engage your friends in the fun! As this event raises funds, we respectfully request that you consider a minimum donation of $50 in support of conservation and trails in our region! View & download our 2025 Fundraising Package.

Family Greenway Ride - 15 km
Turn around at the Schwab Farms Community Entrance. Starts at 11:00am
Family Greenway Ride - 15km (FAMILY RATE)
Up to 5 people (2 adults and 3 children under the age of 16). One low price for the whole family! - Starts at11:00 am
Intermediate Greenway Ride- 32 km
Turn around at the Harrow Rotary Community entrance. Times start at 10:00am
Intermediate Greenway Ride (FAMILY RATE)
For families of up to 5 people (2 adults and 3 children under the age of 16). One low price for the whole family!
Advanced Greenway Ride- 64 km
Turn around at McGregor Community Entrance - Times start at 9:00am
Intermediate Road Ride- 62 km
Times start at 9:30am This year's newly revamped road routes have been designed by Share the Road and boast a 98% comfort rate! The Intermediate Road Ride will traverse 62 kilometres through beautiful county roads in Colchester, Harrow, Essex and back to Kingsville! An amazing adventure, not to be missed!
Advanced Road Ride- 100 km
Kingsville/Colchester/Amherstburg/Essex/Leamington/Kingsville loop - Start Time at 8:00 am This year's newly revamped road routes have been designed by Share the Road and boast a 98% comfort rate! The Advanced Road Ride will take you from Kingsville through Colchester, Amherstburg, Essex and Leamington before returning to the start line at Mettawas Park in Kingsville to enjoy a delicious lunch and fellowship with your fellow cyclists. An amazing adventure, not to be missed!
