At just 7 years old, Sofia is taking on her longest ride ever—a whopping 32 km! That’s farther than most grown-ups pedal in a week (and with way fewer snack breaks). She’s trading playground laps for the open road, proving that determination (and a little pedal power) can go a long, long way.

But this ride isn’t just for fun—Sofia is raising money through the Essex Region Conservation Bike Tour, helping fund the construction of the CASO Rail Trail. Every kilometre she conquers brings our community closer to new trails we can all enjoy.
