Be behind the scenes and the first to see how the race weekend begins! Most of our packet pickups take place at Fleet Feet Sports, 2311 J Street, Sacramento. Duties include organizing/handing out shirts, assisting runners with finding their bib number, greeting participants with smiles and answering questions/providing race information. You will also be registering new runners/walkers who have not previously pre-registered. Position may require some light lifting up to 20 lbs. Parking is on the street and you will have to pay for parking. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your shift. There are 3 shifts the DAY BEFORE THE EVENT: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (3 people per shift)

WATER DISTRIBUTION (ON THE COURSE)
Great role for groups! This key role is not just about providing hydration support — but moral support and excitement! As runners travel the course, they may get fatigued; but with your smiling face and cheerful attitude, you will revive them! Getting wet and standing for long periods is required for this role. (6-8 people) Arrive by 7:30 a.m. and plan to finish about 10:00 a.m.
