Proceeds from the Race
Proceeds from the race will help support our next generation through Bayside College!
Bayside College began in 2012 as a ministry training program and, in 2017, partnered with Southeastern University to offer accredited undergraduate and graduate degrees alongside leadership training. Now the largest extension site of Southeastern with approximately 300 students, Bayside offers 15 undergraduate and 5 graduate degrees. In a time when many students are choosing online or alternative education, Bayside continues to grow by offering a unique experience that combines academic excellence, leadership development, and a strong sense of community. Students benefit from small, interactive classes designed to support Gen Z learners and a four-year leadership program that emphasizes both personal character and practical competency in areas like communication, conflict resolution, and team building.
In addition to classroom learning, Bayside students earn 24 credit hours through hands-on leadership experience in ministry areas and businesses. Each semester includes a 3-credit internship tailored to their field of study, allowing them to succeed, fail, and grow in a safe environment. Every student is part of a year-long team that builds lifelong relationships while tackling challenges together. Currently, 35% of students are from out-of-town or out-of-state areas and need housing to fully engage in the college experience. Expanding affordable and reliable student housing is essential for Bayside to continue equipping the next generation of Christian leaders with the tools they need to make a Kingdom impact in ministry and the marketplace.

Saturday (Race Day) | October 11th | 6:45 AM-7:50 AM |
FAQs:
Can I pick up someone else’s packet?
Yes! All you need is their first and last name or their confirmation number. Please make sure they are aware you are picking up their packet so they don’t make an unnecessary trip!
Can I pick up multiple other people’s packets?
Of course! If you have a long list of people picking up, we recommend bringing a printed out or written list of first and last names.
Can I switch my shirt size?
Unfortunately we cannot switch out any shirts until all packets are picked up. All shirts are already accounted for by other participants. If you would like to switch your shirt out after packet pickup, please bring your UNWORN, UNWASHED shirt post race to the Packet Pickup Tent on race day. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to switch out your shirt, but we can try.
Will I get my finisher’s medal at packet pick up?
Finisher’s medals will be received after the completion of the race.
What are the perks of picking up early?
All packets picked up on Tuesday or Wednesday will be entered into a drawing to receive a $50.00 Gift Card to Fit2Run, The Runner's Superstore! The winner will be announced Race Day. You will also save yourself time race morning, letting you sleep in a little bit more!
Will there be Packet Pickup Race Morning?
Packet Pickup will be available race morning, but we highly recommend that you pick up earlier to prevent long wait times on race day and to give you ample time to park and get on site race day, and to not delay the start of the race.
How do I wear my bib? Do I have to wear my race shirt?
Race bibs MUST be secured to the front of your body, either on your shirt or bottoms, with safety pins or another form of bib attachment (Race belt, Bib Boards, Bib magnets, etc.). You are not required to wear your race shirt on race day.
Who do I reach out to if I have any questions in regards to packet pickup or race day?
Please email Fit2Time Race Management at Fit2Time@Fit2Run.com with any questions or concerns you may have.
Are Dogs/Strollers Allowed?
Yes! If you have a dog or a stroller, please start in the back of the start corral. Children in strollers during the 5K do not need to be registered.
My Shirt Doesn't Fit, May I Exchange It?
We give everyone the shirt size they registered for - No Exceptions. If you would prefer a different size, please bring your shirt to the orange Big Bill Foundation tent and after everyone else has picked up, you may exchange for any other available size.
Where Should I Park?
The Lorraine Entrance by the South Parking Lot is CLOSED for the race. Please enter the parking lot through the entrance on State Rd 64. Parking will be on the north side of the church building.

When should I get there?
While the Kids Dash starts at 8:00 AM, and the 5K starts at 8:15 AM, the parking lot will close promptly at 7:50 AM. There will be police blocking each road that is an entrance/exit, and you will not be able to get in or out. It is recommended you arrive by 7:00-7:20 AM if you have already picked up your packet. Please keep in mind, there may be a line to enter the parking lot, so be courteous to others.
Where should I park?
The entrance to the campus off of Lorraine Road to the South Parking Lot will be CLOSED starting tomorrow morning for runner safety. You will not be able to enter or exit through this entrance. Please make sure to come in one of the 2 Entrances off of State Road 64. Once you enter the campus, there will be staff members directing you on where to park.
When will I be able to leave the Campus?
You will not be able to leave the campus until all runners are off of the course. So even if you finish early, you will have to wait. This is for the safety of everyone, as the course is around the entire parking lot.
Participant safety is our number one priority, so please make sure to listen to all announcements made by the DJ and race staff. Please keep headphones at low volume for your safety and that of those around you. If you have a medical emergency, please notify a Fit2Time Race Management team member, Bayside Community Church Leader, or Volunteer immediately.
We value runner safety. In the event of severe weather conditions, the director(s) reserve the right to cancel the race for the safety of its participants. Registrations cancelled due to inclement weather will not be refunded, but instead used to cover event costs, with the balance being treated as a charitable donation to the event beneficiary.
Conditions that may result in event cancellation include (but are not limited to): lightning, high winds, flooding, fires, and other acts of God.
