Our story…

We walk to remember and honour the ones we loved and lost to suicide.
The Haberman family has been deeply impacted by mental illness and suicide. A family of immense love, talent, and strength—yet one marked by profound loss. Three remarkable daughters—Jennifer, Becca, and Lisa—each taken far too soon. And now, their father Arthur, who died by suicide this past November.

We speak openly and honestly about this pain to help reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness and suicide. By sharing our story, we hope to ease the burden for others who are suffering—whether they are struggling themselves or grieving someone they’ve lost. No one should feel alone in their pain.

This year, Team Haberman walks in memory of:

Jennifer Haberman (1998)

Becca Haberman (1999)

Lisa Haberman (2019)

Arthur Haberman (2024)

We walk for them. We walk for those still struggling. We walk for hope.
