INDEMNITY
MOTORCYCLING RACING IS A DANGEROUS SPORT AND CAN RESULT IN INJURY TO COMPETITORS AND DAMAGE TO MACHINERY
These event conditions and attached entry form are important documents, which affect your legal rights and obligations. Please read carefully and do not enter this competition unless you are completely satisfied that you understand the contents and agree to be bound by them.
By choosing to enter this event the competitor, relieves the promoting club of any/all responsibility and signifies the competitors acceptance of all liability, for damage to machine or rider, indemnifying the BSA-Harley Davidson Motorcycle Club of WA inc against any or all civil and/or criminal matters that may arise from the competition.
ANNOUNCEMENT & JURISDICTION
The BSA-Harley Davidson Club of WA Inc will conduct a club racing event for senior and junior solos.
MACHINERY
Entrants will be responsible for ensuring their equipment is in working mechanical order and safe to use and will not pose a danger to other riders on the track
BSA and Harley Davidson Motorcycle club prohibit the use of closed end hand guards on equipment as well as kickstands. These items must be removed prior to racing otherwise riders may be asked to leave the track.
SIGN ON
Sign-on runs between 07.30am-08.30am next to the Canteen.
Please pre-register using this process and have your confirmation QR Code ready to present at the Sign-on Desk.
If you want to speed things up, screen-shot your event QR Code as soon as you receive your email so it's easy to access on your phone.
RIDERS MEETING
Riders meeting at 8.45am ALL RIDERS MUST ATTEND
Practice will commence at 9am. First race after practice.
FIRST AID
First Aid, provided by St John’s will be in attendance during the day. It is a condition of entry that first aid must be accepted wherever deemed necessary by the attending first aid personnel. The Marshalls of the day has the right to refuse racing of a rider if first aid requirements are not adhered to.
INSURANCE
Please note that although officials and volunteers are covered by the club's insurance, there is NO COVER for riders and competitors while on our track.
Riders are strongly suggested to source their own ambulance, income protection, life insurance and private health insurance to best protect them in the event of an injury/ accident while riding within our facility.
Personal insurance including ambulance insurances are the responsibility of the individuals.

NO HASSLE POLICY
Any rider or entrant or person associated with the rider or entrant shall conduct themselves in an orderly manner. A rider shall be responsible for his own conduct and that of any person with whom he is associated. Anyone who abuses or threatens or physically any official or any other person present at the event shall lie is deemed to be in breach of this rule.
RIGHT TO USE IMAGE
It is a condition of entry that consent is given by the entrant/rider and/or parent/guardian for all photographs and electronic images (including moving images) that may be taken during the event by or on behalf of the Club, or with permission of the Club. All such images are the property of the Club and venue and will only be used in accordance with the clubs terms and conditions.
RACE NUMBERS
The club is happy for riders to use numbers from other organisations. If you do not have a race number please make up one and affix to your front and side number plate using INSULATION TAPE (we have spare if you can't find any).
If you have no number on your bike you CAN NOT be scored. If that doesn't bother you, no number is okay!
E-MX (Electric Motocross Bikes)
In the 2025 racing season, BSAHDMC is running an E-MX feature race series.
This is for senior riders only (16+).
The format will be similar to the 2-Stroke Cup - one feature race per points day with points for each race counting towards a final score for an end-of-season trophy.
THE RACE ON ANY GIVEN DAY WILL ONLY START IF THERE ARE SIX (6) OR MORE SENIOR RIDERS ON THE GATE.
IF THERE ARE TWO POINTS DAYS IN A ROW WITH INSUFFICIENT STARTERS THE SERIES WILL BE SUSPENDED.
If there are sufficient riders, the results may be split into MX1 / MX2 classes.
ELECTRIC BIKES may also participate in normal races, subject to suitability of the bike for the race / class.
Bikes to be entered are bound by the following rules:
Bike Selection must be one of the following:
- Alta MXR
- Surron Storm Bee
- Stark Varg
- RFN Warrior SX-E15+ 21/18
The following rules will then apply:
- MX1 Class equivalent – An electric motor with a maximum output of up to 60hp/45kw (measured at the motor).
- MX2 Class equivalent – An electric motor with a maximum output of up to 48hp/36kw (measured at the motor).
- Stark Varg or others with switchable power settings will be required to be verifiably set to the designated power level for the day.
- Switching to a higher power mode from that listed for the class entered during competition is strictly prohibited. Switching to lower power mode from that listed for the class entered during competition is permitted.
JUNIORS (not in E-MX feature race)
Bike Selection must be one of the following:
- KTM Freerider E-XC 18kw
- Surron Ultra Bee
- Surron Storm Bee
- Talaria Sting MX 5
- RFN Rally Pro MX 17/14
- RFN Rally Pro MX 19/18
- RFN Rally 19/18
- RFN Warrior SX-E8 14/12
- RFN Warrior SX-E15 17/14
- RFN Warrior SX-E15 19/16
- RFN Warrior SX-E15+ 21/18
The following rules will then apply:
- 65cc class equivalent – An electric motor with a maximum output of up to 6kw measured at the rear wheel.
- 85cc class equivalent – An electric motor with a maximum output of up to 18kw measured at the rear wheel.
- Switching to a higher power mode from that listed for the class entered during competition is strictly prohibited. Switching to lower power mode from that listed for the class entered during competition is permitted.
