ELIGIBILITY FOR STATE ROAD RACE CHAMPIONSHIP
- MUST BE TENNESSEE RESIDENT AND HOLD ANNUAL USAC RACING LICENSE AND BE A US CITIZEN OR PERMANENT RESIDENT
- ONE-DAY LICENSE HOLDERS AND OUT-OF-STATE RIDERS ARE WELCOME TO RACE AND ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PAYOUTS BUT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR STATE CHAMPIONSHIP JERSEYS & AWARDS
- RACES WILL BE HELD RAIN OR SHINE UNDER USA CYCLING RULES AND PERMIT
- HELMETS MUST BE WORN WHILE RIDING A BICYCLE
- RACERS MUST PRESENT VALID USA CYCLING LICENSE
- USAC CAT 5 AND USAC NOVICE ARE EQUIVALENT
