Welcome to our second Introduction to trail running! We will run a 10 week clinic open to everyone.
If you want to try trail running for the first time, or simply want to start the season with an easy going group, then this is for you.
Included will be weekly emails, a social get together and an 8 km "race" on July 9th! We will start May 7th and will meet every Wednesday 6 pm at a different location every week in Fredericton and surrounding areas. Our first run will be at UNB Woodlot (behind Costco) for 3 kms at an easy pace with plenty of breaks. Our goal is to have a fun, inclusive environment open to all. No one will be left behind.
