My Story…
Hi everyone i will be taking part in the 9runrun 5k on October 11th. It is for a wonderful cause that will be giving back to our community any donations of any size will help to make a difference in the lives of those navagating tragedy in our community.
Funds raised will support Victim Services of Kingston and Frontenac, a 24/7 frontline agency providing urgent support to those affected by crime, violence, and sudden tragedies.
Working closely with police, fire, and EMS, their team offers crisis intervention, emotional care, and practical help when it’s needed most — making a real difference for survivors and the safety of our community.
