Volunteer details
Race package pick up - Friday September 20
One volunteer is needed to help with race package pick up on Friday, September 20 from 2:30 - 6:00 PM at Fast Trax.
Race package pick up - Saturday, September 21
One volunteer is needed to help with package pick up at Re/Max stadium on Saturday, September 21 from 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM.
Course marshal - Sunday, September 22
Course marshals are required along the race route to help guide runners safely through the course. Details and maps will be provided in advance. Time commitment is 2 - 3 hours depending on location. Start times are between 9:00 and 9:30 AM
5km aid station
3 - 4 volunteers are required to manage the aid station at the turn around point for the 5km runners. This station is located in Louise McKinney park. Details and maps will be provided. Volunteer start time is 9:45 AM and finish is approximately 11:00 AM
Aid station 10k and half marathon.
4 - 6 people are required to manage the aid station that 10km and half marathon runners pass several times during their run. This aid station is located along the river pathway close to Victoria Park. Start time is 9:30 AM and finish is approximately 11:45.
Start/Finish
You will be helping with late package pick up, handing out medals and some finish line set up/tear down. Time from 8:45 AM until approximately 12:30 PM.
