2025 Tanglefoot Trot

Race day packet pickup/registration from 7:30am until 8:30am.
Races start at 9:00 am.
Join C.A.T.C.H. Kids on Saturday, November 8th to run for a good cause!
Our 10K, 5K, and 1 Mile Tanglefoot Trot will kick off this November on the Pontotoc Trailhead of the Tanglefoot Trail®. All races will be timed.
After the race, stick around for free pizza, water, sports drinks, snacks and family fun!
Pre-register by Thursday, October 16, 2025 to be guaranteed a race t-shirt. Registrations after October 16 will be subject to shirt availability.
CATCH Kids, Inc. provides high-quality medical and dental care to disadvantaged children, breaking down barriers children may have to obtaining care.
