In collaboration with Oakberry Kensington and Sole Run Club. Join us for a midweek 5 km shake out run. Post-run, enjoy a complimentary 12oz Oakberry acai bowl (2 bowl options to choose from - see below). Run will start from Poppy Plaza and follow river pathways.
Schedule:
6:00 PM - Meet at Poppy Plaza. You're welcome to hangout at Oakberry Kensington if you arrive early or if you'd like to drop your bags, they will be securely watched for the duration of the run.
6:15 PM - Warm-up will begin, followed by 5 km Shake Out Run led by Sole Run Club. Route will be primarily along the river pathways (Strava route linked below).
6:45 - 8:00 PM - Run ends at Oakberry Kensington where all registered attendees will receive a complimentary Oakberry acai bowl. The Original and Crunchy are the 2 options that will be available (quantities of each option are pre-set, first-come, first-served).
