My Story…
Mental Health affects everyone no matter how little or big the issue. I am wanting to raise awareness & remind everyone to be kind to your mind & of course everyone around you, you never know what the people around you are going through. I thought this would be a good way to improve my mental & physical health & inspire others to do something mentally & physically healthy for them else's even if it's practicing daily gratitude :)
