St. Clair Hospital & Miles for Migraine will host a Pittsburgh 2-mile Walk event on Saturday, October 4th at Rolling Hills Park in McMurray. This event is a fundraiser for Migraine & Headache Awareness, Treatment & Research.
All walk finishers who register by September 25th will receive a finisher medal.
Funds raised will benefit Miles for Migraine free programs & services.

Join the team from St. Clair Hospital, at Rolling Hills Park, for a virtual/satellite edition of our annual event in Philadelphia.
