Butterfly Run
Welcome to the Inaugural Butterfly Run Whistler!
Butterfly Support Network is dedicated to supporting those who have experienced infertility, pregnancy loss, and infant loss by organizing a memorial walk/Run to create community, raise awareness, and fundraise for supporting programs.
All proceeds go to supporting Butterfly Support Network and the BC Women's Health Foundation.
Being a bereaved parent is a path no one should walk alone. Join us in making a difference.

Under the Age of 12 Participants:
Children (under age 12) are FREE but MUST BE REGISTERED.
- Race Kit and T-shirt - NOT INCLUDED
- Children-size T-shirts can be purchased for $15.00 at the time of registration
NOTE: If the event goes entirely virtual due to circumstances beyond our control, refunds will not be issued. However, you will still receive your race kit and shirt.
- Race registrations are non-refundable -

| 9 am | Pre-Race Program at Myrtle Philip (Land Acknowledgement, Personal Stories, Sponsorship & Speeches) |
| 9:45 am | Pre-Race Warm Up |
| 10 am | Run Begins |
| 10:15 am | Walk Begins |
| 11 am | Light refreshments and snacks post-run Myrtle Philip, Community Resource Booths, Various activities and entertainers for young children after the run (activity booths, music, characters). |
Whistler Race Route:
Run - 6km+ Myrtle Philip School, Down Lorimer Road, up Valley Trail, around Whistler Golf Course, Returning to MP.
Walk - 4km + Myrtle Philip School, Down Lorimer Road, up Valley Trail to Whistler Golf Course Club House, back down Valley Trail, up Lorimer Road to MP.
Signage will be posted along the route and participants can choose to take the shorter walk route or return part way through the run loop at any time.

Parking:
Limited parking available at Myrtle Philip School. Public transit available from Whistler Village Transit Exchange on #6 bus to Myrtle Philip or #3 bus to intersection at Lorimer Road and Nesters Road (10 min downhill walk to Myrtle Philip)
Race Kit Details
Each paid adult registration includes a participant race kit and t-shirt
There is an option to not get a race kit. If you would like to opt out of the race kit, please select no race kit during registration.
T-Shirts
All adult registrations include a t-shirt
Sept 5th is the last day to secure your perfered t-shirt size
Late registrations (after Sept 5th) can not be guaranteed a t-shirt
Option during registration to opt out/ decline a t-shirt
Children size t-shirts can be purchased for $15.00 at time of registration
