Set in the heart of Overton Park, this all-ages, all-abilities 5K winds through shaded paths and open fields, offering space to breathe, connect, and show your colors. Every participant helps amplify the visibility and strength of our LGBTQ+ community — not just in spirit, but in stride.
Bring your friends, wear what makes you feel like you, and get ready for a few surprises along the route. This isn’t about the fastest time — it’s about the shared journey.

Rainbow Dash 5K is the only LGBTQ+ race in the Mid-South—open to all adults, all identities, and all paces. Walk, jog, or run through scenic Overton Park and move in celebration of pride, progress, and community. Whether you’re chasing a personal best or showing up in solidarity, this race makes space for every stride. Registration includes race entry, commemorative swag, and the chance to be part of something real.

Kids Run and Walk (12 and under) Closed
The Rainbow Dash Kids Run invites ages 12 and under to join the fun with a short, spirited dash before the main 5K. It’s a chance for young runners to shine, move with joy, and be part of something bigger. Parents are welcome to run alongside little ones. Every participant gets a keepsake to mark the moment.
