Refund policy 50 & 100
To reduce administrative burden to club volunteers and make policy clear, there are no refunds, deferrals or transfers.
If you wish to protect your entry fee in the event you cannot compete, you can do so through the 'Protecht' administered entry protection process, which can be purchased during your entry to the race only.
We do not allow any transfers between athletes at all, there are no deferrals. There are no 'medical' withdrawals.

Up to 15 October 2025 full refund(less 5% RaceRoster and $20 admin fee) if an athlete withdraws from the race
16 October to race day, no refund
Entries can be transferred between athletes using the Race Roster transfer system. This incurs a $20 admin fee
