Event Details
High school and middle school track athletes are invited to join us for a time trial and gear expo at Benson Park in North Mankato. Try demo shoes from top brands, and consult with strength coaches and physical therapists to stay healthy.
**This event is completely FREE and will go on rain or shine!**
Time Trial
All junior high and high school athletes can participate in a preseason time trial. This friendly pre-season time trial is meant to gauge your current pace and see how you can improve throughout the season! Preregister to compete for a chance to win plated running shoes for the top girl and boy in grades 6-8 and 9-12.
**Please register for the grade you'll be in the 2025/2026 season**
Registration Recommended
Don't want to run in the time trial? No problem! There's an option below to register for just the gear expo. We highly recommend registering (even if you don't plan on running) so we have enough prizes.
Prizes
We will have a Race to Rewards Passport for this event; speak to each of the vendors and have them sign your passport. Once your passport is full, stop down to River Valley Running to claim your prize!

Please park in the lot north of Benson Park, off Timm Road. If this parking lot is full, additional parking can be found to the south, off Carlson Drive.
