1. What format is the tournament?
It is a scramble-style tournament.
2. What time should I arrive?
Please arrive by for check-in and warm-up by 8:15a. The tournament official start time is 9a.
3. What is included with my registration?
Your registration includes the following— golf cart, green fees, meals, swag bags, drink tickets, or other perks.
4. What should I bring?
Golf clubs, golf shoes, extra balls, and sunscreen.
5. Is there a dress code?
Yes, proper golf attire is required. This includes a collared shirt, golf shoes, golf shorts or slacks.
6. Will food and drinks be provided?
Yes, breakfast and a post-tournament meal will be provided for all participants.
7. Are mulligans or add-ons available?
Yes, you can purchase a Super Ticket that will provide you with four (4) Mulligans and four (4) drink tickets.
8. How are teams formed?
You have the option to register as a foursome, or we can place you on a team if you are registering as an Individual.
9. Are spectators allowed?
Friends and family are welcomed to participate in the post-tournament activities but are not allowed to be spectators on the course.
10. What happens if it rains?
Since this is a charity tournament, it will proceed rain or shine. If there is a severe weather the tournament coordinator and the golf course director will make the decision regarding cancellation.
11. Is there an awards ceremony?
Yes, compete in exciting contests like closest to the pin, longest drive, and competitive challenges to win and be recognized as Tournament Champion.
12. Where do proceeds from the event go?
All proceeds will go to the Ty Caldwell Memorial Scholarship and the Wilco Omega Scholarship Foundation to help students in Williamson County and Central Texas.
13. How do I become a sponsor?

14. Can I register the day of the event?
No, registration for participation should occur in advance to receive the full tournament experience.
15. What if I can no longer attend?
Your registration can be transferred to another participant if you are unable to attend. Please contact our Tournament Coordinator for assistance.
