What better way to show the world you are a Proud Canadian. Join us for a run around Zwick's Park this Canada Day. Event includes a free 1K run for kids, no registration required, start time 10am. The 5K will commence following the completion of the kid's race. Snacks and beverages will be provided. No T-shirts or medals will be given out. Meeting point is the Bayshore Trail under the Norris Whitney Bridge. Bib pickup Raceday between 8:30-9:30am. Fundraiser for Gleaners Food Bank.
