Terms & Conditions for Larian KITA
By registering for Larian KITA (hereinafter referred to as “the Event”), participants agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before registering.
1. Registration & Eligibility
1.1 Participants must register online via [Event Registration Link]. Registration closes on 10th July 2025, or when the maximum capacity of 3,000 participants is reached, whichever comes first.
1.2 Participation is open to individuals aged 16 years and above. Minors (under 18) must obtain parental or guardian consent.
1.3 Registration fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be deferred to a future event.
2. Event Details
2.1 Date: 20th July 2025 (Sunday)
2.2 Time: 6:30 AM – 11:30 AM
2.3 Location: Pantai Kelanang, Morib, Selangor
The Event may also include additional activities such as family activities, lucky draw prizes, traditional games, local delicacies, and more.
3. Event Day Requirements
3.1 Participants must arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time for checkin and briefing.
3.2 Participants are encouraged to dress according to the event theme, although this is not mandatory.
3.3 All participants must wear the official event wristband throughout the run for identification and safety purposes.
4. Health and Safety
4.1 Participants confirm that they are physically fit to participate and do not have any medical conditions that could place them at risk.
4.2 Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the organizers and on-site personnel.
4.3 In case of emergencies, event staff and medical personnel on-site will assist participants to the best of their abilities.
5. Liability Waiver
5.1 By participating, participants assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage arising from their participation, whether foreseeable or not.
5.2 The Event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
5.3 Participants are encouraged to have their own insurance coverage for personal injury and property loss.
6. Code of Conduct
6.1 All participants must behave in a respectful and safe manner towards others.
6.2 Participants must not engage in any behavior that could harm, harass, or disrupt other participants or event staff.
6.3 Alcohol, drugs, and other prohibited substances are strictly banned at the Event.
7. Personal Belongings
7.1 Participants are responsible for their own belongings. The Event organizers do not assume responsibility for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
7.2 Storage or lockers may not be provided; please plan accordingly.
8. Photography & Media Release
8.1 By participating, participants consent to being photographed and/or filmed during the Event. Organizers reserve the right to use these materials for promotional purposes.
9. Cancellation & Changes
9.1 The Event may be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather, safety concerns, or government restrictions.
9.2 In the event of cancellation, registered participants will be notified. No refunds will be provided except at the sole discretion of the organizers.
9.3 The Event organizers reserve the right to change the event details, route, or activities without prior notice.
10. Prizes & Awards
10.1 Prizes, such as the Best Themed Outfit Award, may be given at the organizers’ discretion.
10.2 All decisions regarding winners and prizes are final and not subject to appeal.
11. Data Protection
11.1 Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event-related purposes, including updates, notifications, and post-event feedback.
11.2 The organizers will not share personal data with third parties without participant consent, except as required by law.
12. Agreement to Terms
By completing the registration process, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined herein. Failure to comply may result in disqualification without refund.
