PLEASE READ:
1. There will be no day-of race registrations! You must register before 10pm cst on Friday, October 17th!
2. September 15th 11:50pm cst is the cut-off date to get a shirt. If you register after 11:59pm cst on Sept 15th you will not receive a race shirt. IF we have leftovers we will sell them at discount on the day of race.
3. Race registration is final- there are no refunds if the race cancels for weather or a critical incident. We cannot transfer your registration to another person. If for some reason you are unable to make the race, your registration fee is considered a donation to the cause.
4. You do not need to check-in for the race. Have your bib attached on the FRONT of you. Make sure you have YOUR assigned bib number, and not your friend/family member's bib number by mistake.
5. Your race time is determined by your bib time. Meaning, YOUR specific timer does not start until your bib crosses the Start line for the first time. Then your time stops when you cross it again at finish.
6. We love our dogs but they are not allowed unless are a registered medical assistance canine. Strollers are welcome. If your child is in a stroller for the entire race, you do not need to register them.
First 300 race finishers get a medal!
Packet Pickup: Friday, Oct. 17th, 4:00pm-7:00pm, location to be determined.
**We highly encourage packet pickup on Friday.**
Day of Race: Packets need picked up BY 7:30am, at Jimmy Burke Activity Center.
Runners need to begin lining up at 7:45am. The race route will be printed and available to view on location. Race starts promptly at 8:00am after National Anthem and prayer.
PARKING: To be determined. There might be construction in the area this year but that won't stop us from a good time!

*If you registered with a t-shirt and do not pick up your packet by 9am on race day, your shirt will be donated.
Cut off for shirts is 11:59PM CST on September 15th. It is unlikely we would have leftover shirts on race day this year - this event has really grown!
