Colours Run, Colours Soar - Official Terms and Conditions
Organized by Taylor’s Chinese Society
By registering for Colours Run, Colours Soar event all participants agree to the following terms and conditions, set to ensure a safe, inclusive and enjoyable event.
1. Eligibility
- Open to all individuals aged 15 and above.
- The organizers reserve the right to reject any registration deemed inappropriate or incomplete.
2. Registration
- Registration fees do not include administrative charges (admin fees). These fees are collected separately by the registration platform.
- Registration is confirmed only upon full payment of the participation fee.
- All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- No on-the-spot registration will be entertained.
- Registrations are subject to availability and may close without prior notice once capacity is reached.
3. Health and Safety
- Participants confirm that they are in good health and fit to participate in the run.
- All known medical conditions must be disclosed during registration.
- First aid and medical support will be available on-site.
- For the safety of all participants, emergency protocols as advised by Taylor’s University Lakeside Campus must be strictly followed.
- The organizers reserve the right to disqualify participants deemed unfit or who pose a health risk.
4. Event Conduct
- Participants must follow the route and instructions given by the event marshals.
- Competitive racing is discouraged. No pushing, shoving, or disruptive behaviour will be tolerated.
- Alcohol, drugs, smoking and other prohibited substances are strictly forbidden during the event.
- Respect others participants, volunteers and the event crew at all times.
5. Colour Powder and Elements Use
- The colour powder used is non-toxic and safe for skin, but avoids direct inhalation or eye contact.
- Protective eyewear (Safety Glasses) are recommended but not mandatory.
- Use of colour powder will be supervised and confirmed to designated zones to ensure safety.
- The organizers are not liable for allergic reactions or clothing damage caused by colour powder.
6. Liability Waiver
- Participants join the event at their own risk.
- Taylor’s University Lakeside Campus, Taylor’s Chinese Society, event partners and sponsors are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, loss or damage that may occur during the event.
7. Photography, Videography and Media Release
- By participating, you consent to use of photos, videos and recordings of the event for promotional purposes by Taylor’s University Lakeside Campus, Taylor’s Chinese Society and affiliated sponsors.
- All media content captured during the event may be published on social media and official platforms.
8. Event Changes, Postponed and Cancellation
- The organisers reserve the right to cancel or modify the event due to the weather conditions, safety concerns, government regulations or unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, no refund will be issued, subject to management discretion.
- The final decision rests with Taylor’s Chinese Society in consultation with Taylor’s University Lakeside Campus.
9. Race Pack Collection
- Participants must collect their race packs (T-shirt) within the stated period
- Uncollected race packs will not be mailed or refunded.
10. Code of Conduct
- No offensive costumes, slogan or behaviour will be tolerated
- Participants found in violation may be removed from the event without refund

主办单位：泰莱华文学会（Taylor’s Chinese Society）
所有报名参与《Colours Run, Colours Soar 五彩翼扬》的参与者皆视为已同意以下条款与细则，以确保活动的安全性、包容性与愉悦性。
1. 参赛资格
- 活动开放予年满15岁及以上之个人报名参与。
- 主办单位泰莱华文学会有权拒绝任何不当或资料不完整的报名申请。
2. 报名事项
- 注册费用不包含行政费用（管理费）。行政费用由注册平台另行收取。
- 仅在全额缴付报名费用后，方视为报名成功。
- 所有费用一概不予退还，亦不可转让他人。
- 本活动不接受现场报名。
- 报名人数有限，额满即止，主办单位有权在未事先通知的情况下关闭报名通道。
3. 健康与安全
- 参与者须确认自身健康良好，适合参与跑步活动。
- 报名时须如实申报已知的疾病或医疗状况。
- 活动现场将设有紧急救护与医护支援服务。
- 所有参与者须严格遵守泰莱大学（Taylor’s University Lakeside Campus）之紧急应对措施与安全规范。
- 主办单位保留取消健康不适或对他人造成风险的参与者之参与资格的权利。
4. 活动行为规范
- 参与者须依照活动路线及工作人员指示进行活动。
- 活动为非竞技性质。活动中严禁推挤、喧哗或其他扰乱秩序的行为。
- 活动期间严禁携带或使用酒精、毒品、烟品及其他违禁物品。
- 参与者需尊重他人、义工与工作人员，维持良好秩序。
5. 彩粉使用说明
- 所使用的彩粉为无毒、对皮肤安全，但建议避免直接吸入或接触眼睛。
- 建议但不强制配戴护目眼镜（Safety Glasses）。
- 彩粉使用将由工作人员监督，并限定于指定区域内进行，以确保安全。
- 对于因彩粉引起的过敏反应或衣物损坏，主办单位概不负责。
6. 责任免责声明
- 参与者须自行承担参与本活动之所有风险。
- 泰莱大学 (Taylor’s University Lakeside Campus)、泰莱华文学会 (Taylor’s Chinese Society)、活动合作单位及赞助商对任何期间发生的伤害、意外、遗失或财产损失不负任何责任。
7. 摄影、录影与媒体使用授权
- 一旦参与活动，即表示您同意主办单位与合作单位使用活动期间拍摄的照片、影像或录音作宣传用途。
- 所有媒体内容可能会在社交媒体及相关官方平台上发布。
8. 活动更动、延期与取消
- 主办单位泰莱华文学会保留因天气、安全、政府政策或不可抗力等因素而取消或更改活动的权利。
- 如遇上述情况，费用将不予退还，是否退费将由主办单位酌情处理。
- 最终决定权归泰莱华文学会 (Taylor’s Chinese Society)，与泰莱大学(Taylor’s University Lakeside Campus) 协商后定夺。
9. 竞赛包领取
- 参与者须在指定时间内领取竞赛包 (T-shirt)。
- 逾期未领取者将不获补寄或退款。
10. 行为守则
- 严禁穿戴带有冒犯性或不雅内容的服装、标语或行为举止。
- 若发现违规者，主办单位有权取消其参与资格且不予退费。
