We’re excited to bring you The FAB Social on November 27th at The Cotton Factory in Hamilton for our brand-new fundraising event format - a vibrant evening of food, music, connection, and unforgettable experiences.

Here’s what’s in store:

6:30 PM – Doors Open
Arrive early to soak in the energy of the historic Cotton Factory.

6:30 – 7:30 PM: Social Hour

• Enjoy delicious bites from Jonny Blonde
• Catch up with friends (or meet new ones!)
• Decide which incredible experiences you’ll put your raffle tickets toward
• All while enjoying music from A Side B Side 🎶

7:30 PM – The Experiences Raffle Begins!
This is the highlight of the evening. We’ve curated 10 unforgettable experiences for you and your friends to enjoy.

Here are a few examples of what will be raffled:

• Leafs vs. Sharks in Toronto – you and 3 friends, December 11th
• A Taste of Hamilton – dinner at up to 10 of the city’s best restaurants
• Niagara-on-the-Lake Getaway – chauffeured Tesla wine tour + overnight stay

Every raffle ticket is a chance to win, and you can purchase tickets in advance when you register or on-site at the event.

Giving Back

Your participation doesn’t just make for a fun night out—it makes a difference. Proceeds from ticket sales, raffle entries, and donations will support our FAB 5K Challenge Program, helping girls in our community build confidence, resilience, and joy through sport.

We’ll also be accepting donations throughout the evening. Every contribution—big or small—helps us empower more young athletes to reach their goals.

We can’t wait to welcome you to an evening that blends community, celebration, and meaningful impact.

What This Event Supports

Every spring, FAB offers a free and empowering program to over 150 youth girls in Hamilton’s priority neighbourhoods. Our program challenges participants to train for and finish a 5K run. Participants meet weekly with volunteer coaches for training, fun, and skill-building. They finish feeling proud, confident, and equipped with a goal-setting framework they can use for any future endeavour.

All money raised from this event will help us continue to offer our program to youth girls in Hamilton annually at no cost to them. Our program is FREE, and each participant receives a new pair of running shoes, a training t-shirt, healthy snacks at each session, a goal setting journal and transportation and entry into local race and program events.
