Open Charity Karate Tournament in Support of Homelessness. Non Profit Tournament which will Provide Support for "Cooked With Love for those that Need Inc". An organization that works to help the homeless in the Quinte Region.
This is a non-contact style tournament that promotes an atmosphere of friendly competition among like minded martial artists.
