Our annual 5K isn’t just about distance — it's about direction. It’s about moving with purpose toward better health, stronger community, and greater balance in our professional and personal lives. Whether you’re running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, this event reminds us that health — physical and mental — is a journey worth mapping together.
