Early Bird Registration (July 1st to August 1st)

Regular Registration (August 1st through September 21st)

Your package pickup dates are as followed: Saturday September 27th and Sunday September 28th from 9am til 3pm at Harris Stowe State University 3026 Laclede Ave 63103 and Monday September 29 through Friday Oct 3rd from 4pm til 8pm at iHeartMedia St Louis 3725 Foundry Way Suite 233 63110.

When and Where is Sista Strut?

Sista Strut will be held Saturday, October 4th in downtown St. Louis. This year we will be hosting a Breast Cancer Awareness traditional walk plus a car, truck, and motorcycle parade sponsored by Brown & Crouppen and St Louis Community Credit Union. The pre-walk prep rally will start at 8am and the traditional 3K walk will start at 9am. All participants in the 3K walk will need to meet at 15th and Chestnut at 7am. All vehicles participating in the parade will need to meet at the St. Louis City Hall parking lot located at 14th and Clark at 7am. The Car parade will Start immediately following the walk.

Will I be able to walk alongside a vehicle in the car parade?

Due to safety concerns, no one will be allowed to walk alongside a moving vehicle. All participants in the car parade will need to stay inside their car.

Will the walkers and cars be lined up side-by-side?

No. All vehicles will be behind the participants in the 3K walk.

Will the walkers be able to see the parade?

Yes, the walkers will line up on 14^th Street between Olive and Clark Street to see the car, truck and motorcycle parade.

What if it rains?

Sista Strut will proceed rain or shine.

Where do the proceeds go?

Sista Strut proceeds help benefit 5 local organizations in the St. Louis area, The Breakfast Club Inc., The Pink Angels Foundation, Siteman Cancer Center, The Mercy Breast Cancer Center and SSM Health- St. Mary's Hospital.

When is Early Bird Package Pick Up?

All early bird packages purchased from July 1st thru July 31st 2025 will be available for pick up September 6th from 9am til 3pm at iHeartMedia St Louis 3725 Foundry Way Suite 233. If you cannot make it to pick up your package, please send a representative with a copy/picture of your State ID/Driver License and your Sista Strut registration form. (If package purchased after July 31, 2025, it will not be available during early bird pick up)

PLEASE NOTE: THERE WILL BE NO EXCHANGES FOR SHIRT SIZES AT PICKUP. ALL REGISTRATIONS AND SHIRT SIZES ARE FINAL.
