Did you know that by simply learning some of the basic fundamentals of running, along with a proper warm-up, you can become a faster runner and incur fewer injuries??
Join us every Wednesday at the Victor Mager Track, 81 Beliveau Road (across from Dakota High School), 7:00-8:30pm to learn how every road runner can get faster and incur fewer injuries! Registration is only available to 2025 MRA members for the low cost of $50 + GST!
