My Story…
In 2019, I proudly participated in the United Way Halifax Swim, and I’m committed to taking the plunge once again this year. Despite facing some significant setbacks, including humerus and vertebral fractures, my challenges pale in comparison to those faced by many in our community. Every day, individuals grapple with food insecurity, homelessness, social isolation, addiction and mental health issues. Funds raised through the swim are vital in alleviating poverty and supporting programs that address these challenges. I have set a goal of raising at least $3,000. Your donation has the power to change lives! Please consider contributing to this worthy cause.
